It’s okay to overreact sometimes, but having good strategies to help us calm down are important. Sometimes there are also medium and big reactions too, but each have a reaction that is appropriate. Sometimes there are little problems that deserve a little reaction. Everyone gets upset, but the degree to which we upset depends on how big the problem is. We can also use positive self talk to help us calm down and think about the situation. We can calm our bodies by tightening all of our muscles and breathing in, than releasing all our muscles and breathing out. We thought up some really good strategies though to help us defeat Glass Man.

Glass Man has been spotted in Resourceville! “He lets a person be flexible to some extent, but then, all of a sudden he just breaks. We know that we all worry sometimes, but to worry all the time does not help our brains grow big and strong. We put up all our bricks and asked for help from Superflex to defeat all of our worries. Find a thought that can change how you are feelingĪs Social Detectives, we created a brick wall and each added a brick that had a worry written on it.close your eyes and take a deep breath, let it out slowly until your body feels relaxed.Here are some strategies to defeat this unthinkable… Worry Wall causes us to focus on things that we might be worrying about.
